Aerial Displays

Kevin Wetzel is a licensed and insured pyrotechnics operator in states of North Carolina and Virginia. All displays are insured and performed by licensed pyrotechnicians in accordance with NFPA1123.

IT'S ALL ABOUT SAFETY!

One of our most popular options is to purchase aerial displays. These displays are the most common and are what many fireworks operators are known for. Aerial displays are great for holidays, grand opening, celebrations, weddings or private parties and events. The key factor in aerial displays are making sure you have adequate space to do the display legally and within the requirements of NFPA1123 which is what is used in many states to ensure safety and compliance with fire and safety rules.

Be Safe - Stay Legal - Join a club!

One of the greatest things in pyrotechnics is the opportunity to learn. We highly recommend you join a club to get the knowledge, skills and practice required to perform pyrotechnic displays safely and legally. There are many great clubs out there to hone your pyrotechnics skills in a safe, legal and controlled environment. Some clubs focus on displays, some clubs focus on building shells and other effects and some support our hobby through outreach. The Pyrotechnics Guild International, Inc., founded in 1969, is an independent worldwide nonprofit organization of amateur and professional fireworks enthusiasts. Its educational and scientific purposes are to promote the safe and responsible display and use of pyrotechnics and fireworks, encourage the display of public and private fireworks in conjunction with local and national holidays as well as patriotic and other events.
